At Bull & Bourbon, we are well known for our range of aged meats and complementary bourbons. But that’s not all we have to offer! Our variety of side dishes deserve some spotlight too, with delicious, mouth-watering delights sure to satiate any guest.

What makes these dishes so unique?

For starters, the twice-baked potato comes overflowing with bacon, cheddar cheese, momay, chives, and topped with a generous dollop of sour cream–everything you could ask for on top of a potato. 

The Mexican street corn brings a taste of Mexico to your plate, complete with cazuela lime crema, tajin, cilantro, and cotija. Each bit will make you feel like you have been transported to La Ciudad de Mexico! Arriba! 

Our unique Yukon Mashed Potato is more than your average mashed potato. We choose each potato especially for its protein structure and as a result, the ability to provide the dense consistency needed for fluffy mashed potatoes, and the buttery taste to boot. Not all potatoes are created equal, which is why we only serve Yukon potatoes. Preparation is key here. The starch granules in the cooked potatoes are swollen and delicate, if you mash them too much, it releases most of that starch, and the result is a glue-like, unappealing mess. We keep you happy by preparing when ordered and never overworking your potatoes. 

And the roasted forest mushrooms come drizzled with roasted shallot and garlic, sure to bring out the best of flavors for anyone looking to enjoy lighter, vegetarian options for dining.

Equally great includes our baked truffle mac and cheese which comes with three-cheese fondue and brioche crumbs on top. You will want to wear your stretchy pants for this one!

Are you looking for something on the greener side for your dishes? No problem! We have wood-roasted broccolini with its more extended stem structure and lighter crowns, prepared with herbs and fresh lemon. 

If that’s not up your alley, try the fried Brussel Sprouts with balsamic vinegar and parmesan or try the grilled farmers market vegetables which are seasonal so they always change, making it a surprise each time you dine. 

For foods you can easily share among your group, the crispy truffle fries are an excellent way to go, complete with fresh truffle and parmesan cheese. 

But not everything has to be substantial. You can get something that is a delightful treat but won’t fill you up. Something on the lighter side, so that you don’t spoil your appetite for the aged meat you long for, is the vegan coconut creamed spinach with almond, lime, and ginger.
